Our journey into bread baking began back in 1999 at J&F Italia Bakery, where we learned to handcrafted artisanal breads from scratch daily. In 2008 we branched into a bake shop under our own family name. For the past 15 years we have been baking fresh bread daily on site using the same traditional recipes, and a few new ones we've learned along the way.

Our breads contain no extra additives or preservatives.
